We now have a fantastic opportunity to join us in our Outdoor and Country store in Evesham as a Retail Assistant.
Key Responsibilities:
- As Sales Assistant you will work as part of the management team to drive operational excellence.
- Provide excellent customer service and help maximise sales and achieve agreed Store targets.
- Become a Brand ambassador; product knowledge is key to ensure you are able to effectively serve customers.
- Handle customer queries confidently and deal with them in a timely manner.
- Undertake all training and development required and actively seek out new opportunities to learn.
- Play an active role in supporting the store Management Team with store standards.
- Ensuring all products are displayed attractively within our visual merchandising guidelines.
- Follow the appropriate incident reporting processes when required.
What we are looking for:
