We have a fantastic opportunity to join us as a Sales Assistant in our Barbour store in Cannock Designer Outlet. We are currently recruiting for a part-time seasonal contract of 8 hours per week. Please ensure you are available for interview.
Key Responsibilities:
- As a Sales Assistant, you will work as part of the team to drive national excellence.
- Provide excellent customer service and help maximise sales and achieve agreed store targets.
- Become a Barbour Brand ambassador; product knowledge is key to ensure you are able to effectively serve customers.
- Handle customer queries confidently and deal with them in a timely manner.
- Undertake all training and development required and actively seek out new opportunities to learn.
- Play an active role in supporting the store Management Team with store standards.
- Ensure all products are displayed attractively within our visual merchandising guidelines.
- Follow the appropriate incident reporting processes when required.
