We now have a fantastic opportunity to join us in our Barbour Knutsford store on a part time basis around 12 Hours per week.
Key Responsibilities:
  • As a Sales Assistant you will work as part of the team to drive operational excellence.
  • Provide excellent customer service and help maximise sales and achieve agreed Store targets.
  • Become an Barbour Brand ambassador, product knowledge is key to ensure you are able to effectively serve customers.
  • Handle customer queries confidently and deal with them in a timely manner.
  • Undertake all training and development required and actively seek out new opportunities to learn.
  • Play an active role in supporting the store Management Team with store standards. Ensuring all products are displayed attractively within our visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Follow the appropriate incident reporting processes when required.
