Senior Retail Assistant Outdoor and Country Trentham Gardens
We now have a fantastic opportunity to join us in our Outdoor and Country store in Trentham Gardens.
We are looking for a someone to support covering the store on the managers days off and on busy trading days on a part time basis.
Key Responsibilities
- As a Senior Sales Assistantyou will work as part of the management team to drive operational excellence.
- Provide excellent customer service and help maximise sales andachieve agreed Store targets.
- Become an Brand ambassador, product knowledge is key to ensureyou are able to effectively serve customers.
- Handlecustomer queries confidently and deal with them in a timelymanner.
- Undertakeall training and development required and actively seek out new opportunitiesto learn.
- Play an active role in supporting the store Management Team withstore standards. Ensuring all products are displayed attractivelywithin our visual merchandising guidelines.
- As a seniorsales assistant you will be expected to step up and manage the store inthe absence of the Store Manager and Supervisor, this will include managingthe store team, dealing with customer queries and managing all operational processes.
- Follow the appropriate incident reporting processes when required.
What we are looking for
You will be passionate about providing excellent customer service and have a keen interest in visual merchandising and fashion gained from a previous retail role.
Attention to detail is key, as is having a flexible approach and the ability to work to targets is important.
