Retail Supervisor Part Time (Outdoor and Country Chester)
We have a fantastic opportunity to join us as a Part Time supervisor in our Outdoor and Country store in Chester.
You must have retail supervisory experience and be able to work weekends as the store opens 7 days a week.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the store manager to drive sales, achieve KPI targets and execute store operations to the highest standards.
- Manage the merchandising of all product onto the shop floor and implementwindow and internal displays.
- Responsible for all store operationsand team performancein the absence of the Store manager.
- Drive commercial excellence reinforcing and delivering high and standards of customer service.
- Act as a brand ambassador ensuring you and the team keep up to date with all new products and services.
- Lead train and develop your team to maximise their potential and create a culture to ensure the customer are at the centre of everything we do.
- What we are looking for
- You will be passionate about providing excellent customer service and have a keen interest in visual merchandising and fashion.
