We’re looking for an engineer or recent graduate to join our team developing high-performance pump lasers for global optical communication networks. This is an opportunity to gain hands-on experience in photonics product development, working across the full lifecycle from concept to manufacturing in a collaborative environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Support development and qualification of advanced laser products
  • Collaborate with design, process, and packaging engineers to solve technical challenges
  • Assist with testing, characterisation, and performance analysis
  • Contribute to product improvements and design reviews
  • Coordinate verification testing and report results
  • Support new product introduction (NPI) with global manufacturing teams
  • Help define product specifications and requirements
