We're looking for a Production Assistant to support our operations through assembly, inspection, packing, and documentation activities that help ensure products are delivered to customers safely, accurately, and on time. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in producing high-quality work. Previous packing or manufacturing experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided to the right candidate.

What you will be doing...

  • Performing final assembly activities in line with documented procedures.
  • Packing finished goods, accessories, and defective items accurately and efficiently.
  • Preparing customer orders for dispatch.
  • Processing and returning defective goods to suppliers in accordance with company procedures.
  • Inspecting incoming goods and assessing returned products.
  • Completing and maintaining accurate electronic records and documentation.
  • Ensuring all paperwork and system updates are completed to company standards.
  • Supporting quality, safety, and operational excellence across the department.
  • Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
  • Working closely with colleagues to meet production and customer delivery requirements.
