The Role
As a HRIS Analyst, you will support and enhance our global HR systems landscape, partnering closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, HR Business Partners, and IT teams across multiple regions. You will contribute to system configuration, process improvement, reporting, integrations, testing, and HR technology projects that support a fast‑paced global organization. This role combines both functional and technical responsibilities and would suit someone who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and working across stakeholders internationally. While experience with Oracle HCM Cloud is advantageous, we welcome candidates with experience across other enterprise HR systems such as SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, UKG, or similar platforms.
What You Will Be Doing
- Support and enhance global HRIS applications and HR technology processes
- Troubleshoot system issues, identify root causes, and implement solutions
- Configure and maintain workflows, business processes, and system functionality
- Support system upgrades, quarterly releases, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Partner with HR teams globally to gather requirements and deliver process improvements
- Develop and maintain HR reports, dashboards, analytics, and data extracts
- Support integrations with third‑party systems and vendors
- Create user documentation and training materials
- Participate in HR transformation and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support AI‑enabled HR technology and automation initiatives
About You
- Experience working within HRIS, HR Systems, HR Technology, or HR Applications environments
- Experience with enterprise HR platforms (Oracle HCM, Workday, SAP, Dayforce or similar)
- Experience supporting HR processes and stakeholders across multiple functions
- Exposure to reporting, integrations, workflows, testing, or system configuration
- Understanding of HR data structures, processes, and system best practices
- Experience with HR analytics, BI reporting tools, or process automation would be advantageous
- Exposure to AI‑driven process improvement or automation tools is beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in HRIS, HR systems support, HR technology, or HR applications roles required
