As one of the key members of our Patient Coordination team, you'll work closely with

leadership, influence how we operate, and develop your skills as the company grows.

What you'll do

  • Manage patient enquiries from initial contact through to booking
  • Proactively follow up with prospective patients
  • Communicate across WhatsApp, email and phone
  • Coordinate diaries and appointment scheduling
  • Respond to patient questions with empathy, urgency and professionalism
  • Resolve issues and escape where appropriate
  • Work closely with the wider team to continuously improve the patient experience
  • Help us build efficient systems and processes as we scale

About the team

Everything that happens outside the treatment room is our responsibility. We handle patient

outreach, enquiries, follow-ups, bookings, escalations and communication so that our clinical

teams can focus entirely on delivering exceptional care.

What we're looking for

  • Experience in healthcare, medical administration, dental, aesthetics, fitness or wellness
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A naturally warm, professional manner
  • Outstanding organisational skills
  • The ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detailReliable high-speed internet
  • Backup power (essential)

Working arrangements

  • Primarily remote
  • Two days per week in our Milnerton Office
  • Working alongside a London-based team in a fast-paced startup environment

Working hours

Tuesday – Saturday 10am -7pm or 11pm -8pm
