In P lasers emit at wavelengths optimal for long‑distance transmission through fiber optics, enabling the optical networks that form the global internet.
Job Description Coherent’s portfolio includes application‑specific Fabry‑Pérot lasers, directly modulated lasers, tunable lasers, photodiodes for high‑speed receivers, and power monitoring.
Recent product launches include 200 Gbps EMLs for datacenter transceivers, supporting the 800G and next‑gen 1.6T designs.
We are seeking a Semiconductor Laser PLM to lead the management of a world‑class In P device product line.
The role drives product strategy, engages with customers, manages financial performance, and delivers marketing and technical content that supports business growth.
Primary Duties frequent off‑site meetings or travel.
Regular use of computer and office equipment.
Sitting for extended periods, use of hands/fingers for typing and handling documents, verbal and written communication, mobility within the office to attend meetings.
