We’re looking for an engineer or recent graduate to join our team developing high-performance pump lasers for global optical communication networks. This is an opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in photonics product development, working across the full lifecycle from concept to manufacturing in a collaborative environment.
What You’ll Do
- Support development and qualification of advanced laser products
- Collaborate with design, process, and packaging engineers to solve technical challenges
- Assist with testing, characterisation, and performance analysis
- Contribute to product improvements and design reviews
- Coordinate verification testing and report results
- Support new product introduction (NPI) with global manufacturing teams
- Help define product specifications and requirements
