Based at the Scotland Science Park in Glasgow, we design and build world‑leading laser systems that power innovation across industries—from renewable energy and microelectronics to life sciences and fundamental research.
Location: Glasgow, Scotland | Hybrid: 3 days on‑site per week
Role: Lead a high‑impact HR Shared Services team delivering fast, accurate, and employee‑focused support across two major regions. This role combines leadership, hands‑on case management, and operational coordination—perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑moving, growing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the Case Management team.
- Fluent English is essential (additional German, Swedish or Finnish speaking is a plus).
