The Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, EMEA leads end‑to‑end talent acquisition strategy and delivery across the EMEA region, driving scalable, data‑driven, and inclusive hiring practices that support business growth, workforce planning, and long‑term organisational capability.
Location: Glasgow, Scotland – Hybrid: 3 days on site per week
Roles & Responsibilities
- Oversee and drive all aspects of talent acquisition delivery across the EMEA region, supporting both professional and operational hiring needs.
- Partner with Business Leaders and HR to understand workforce plans, growth priorities, and critical hiring needs.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on hiring strategy, market conditions, and talent risks.
- Ensure high‑quality candidate experience and strong hiring manager engagement across the region.
- Contribute to the design, build, and ongoing evolution of the global Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence.
- Help define and embed global TA frameworks, processes, and governance.
- Champion a “one global TA team” mindset—driving collaboration, knowledge‑sharing, and alignment across regions.
- Drive continuous improvement of recruitment processes, technology, and ways of working.
- Establish and track meaningful TA metrics to inform decision‑making.
- Support the implementation and optimisation of ATS and recruitment technology platforms.
- Build capability across TA teams through coaching, mentoring, and clear operating rhythms.
- Partner with Employer Branding and Communications teams to strengthen the organisation’s talent brand across EMEA markets.
- Embed diversity, equity, and inclusion principles into hiring strategies and recruitment practices.
- Monitor external talent market trends and competitor activity to proactively adapt hiring strategies.
About You / Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience leading talent acquisition at a regional or global level, ideally across EMEA.
- Experience working within or contributing to a Talent Acquisition Centre of Excellence model.
- Strong stakeholder management skills within complex, matrixed organisations.
- Data‑driven mindset with experience using insights and metrics to inform hiring decisions.
- Knowledge of diverse EMEA labor markets and hiring practices.
- German or Swedish speaking.
