Job Summary: As the People Insights Lead Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping leaders across the organisation make smarter, faster, and more strategic decisions. You’ll partner closely with business and functional teams, bringing curiosity, collaboration, and technical expertise to every challenge. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Partner with leaders to embed data-driven decision-making across the organisation.
- Collaborate with teams to understand goals and design analytical solutions.
- Deliver clear insights and visualisations that support business and talent decisions.
- Promote a data-driven mindset through strong statistical analysis and communication.
- Research and analyse trends to identify opportunities and guide action.
- Influence stakeholders with compelling, data-backed storytelling.
- Measure results to ensure analytics deliver meaningful impact.
- Automate and scale reporting to build efficient, repeatable solutions.
About You:
- Proven experience with Fusion Analytics or Fusion Data Intelligence is preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Statistics, Information Systems or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years in data management, business analysis, or analytics.
- Strong background in data visualisation best practices.
- Experience with HR metrics/KPIs is a plus.
- Hands-on experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Oracle Analytics Cloud, FAW, or FDI (Oracle highly preferred).
- Ability to translate data into visual stories that highlight trends, causes, and business impacts.
- Knowledge of analytics for HR processes and metrics.
- Understanding of data privacy regulations (GDPR, CPPA, PIPL) and commitment to data stewardship.
