Coherent Corp. is seeking an HRIS Analyst to support and enhance our global HR systems landscape from our Glasgow site.

You will partner with HR, Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, HRBP, and IT teams across regions to deliver configuration, reporting, integrations, testing, and HR technology projects. Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud is advantageous, but candidates with SAP SuccessFactors, Workday, UKG, or similar platforms are welcome.
