Responsibilities
- Customer Engagement and Research: Collaborate with enterprise customers and developers to understand their needs and pain points through various methods (feedback, focus groups, interviews, conferences). Research industry trends, competitive landscape, and stay updated on the latest AI/ML research (e.g., NeurIPS, ICLR) to drive innovation. Analyze product data to identify usage patterns and opportunities for improvement. Align with leadership to ensure product strategy supports company goals.
- Product Strategy and Development: Translate customer insights into a prioritized product roadmap. Design and specify features, including defining success metrics. Propose and prioritize new initiatives, balancing short‑term and long‑term investments. Work with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment and execution.
- Execution and Delivery: Navigate trade‑offs and challenges during the development process. Lead project planning, resource allocation, and stakeholder communication. Ensure product launches are data‑driven, with clear metrics and hypotheses. Share successes and learnings internally and externally.

Qualifications
