In this individual contributor role, you will design and implement people operations processes while collaborating closely with tech leaders across the organization. We’re seeking someone who can bring fresh ideas and a passion for supporting teams as they scale. This role offers a unique blend of hands‑on support and strategic contribution.
In this role, you will:
- Build strong relationships with tech leaders at all levels, from new managers to senior managers, providing guidance and support as they navigate growth.
- Serve as a trusted advisor for talent strategy, people development, and organizational design within your tech client groups.
- Support critical HR projects, including hiring, onboarding, performance management, and compensation, ensuring alignment with tech team needs.
- Empower tech leaders to strengthen their leadership skills through feedback and actionable guidance.
- Navigate ambiguity and solve people challenges, building solutions that work for teams today and as they grow.
- Assist the SVP People with initiatives that support tech teams and global operations.
- Leverage your understanding of employment laws to support tech teams in a global context.
