About North: North is Cohere's cutting-edge AI workspace platform, designed to revolutionise how enterprises use AI. In this role, you will:
- Lead and manage a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and high‑performing environment.
- Design, build, ship and maintain scalable features for North, our AI workspace platform.
- Take end‑to‑end ownership of features — from initial design and planning, through implementation, testing, and delivery.
- Apply your expertise to deliver at speed, making practical technical decisions that balance velocity with depth and quality.
- Collaborate closely across teams, maintaining high standards for communication, documentation, and testing.
- Contribute across the stack—from front‑end UI to back‑end infrastructure—to develop new features, fix bugs, and optimise performance.
