We are looking to recruit a 38-hour Qualified Pharmacy Assistant on a permanent contract to work at branch 512 located at Stanley Street, Ulverston, LA12 7BS.
Shift Pattern
- Monday 09:00–18:00 (1‑hour unpaid lunch break)
- Tuesday 09:00–18:00 (1‑hour unpaid lunch break)
- Wednesday 09:00–18:00 (1‑hour unpaid lunch break)
- Thursday 09:00–16:00 (1‑hour unpaid lunch break)
- Friday 09:00–18:00 (1‑hour unpaid lunch break)
Responsibilities
- Assist the business in providing an efficient, knowledgeable and friendly service to our customers.
- Support dispensing and labelling of prescription items.
- Receive prescriptions, hand out prescription items, and assist with ordering and managing stock levels within the dispensary.
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Pharmacy Services is essential.
- Strong planning skills, attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent people skills and teamwork.
