We are looking to recruit a 28.5-hour Trainee Pharmacy Assistant on a permanent contract to work at our 575-branch located at Library Street, Chorley, PR7 2EE.
Shift Pattern
- Monday 09:00-13:00
- Tuesday 14:00-18:30
- Wednesday 09:00-17:30 (1-hour unpaid lunch break)
- Thursday 09:00-18:30 (1-hour unpaid lunch break)
- Friday 09:00-13:00
Eligibility and Experience
This position is ideally suited to someone with previous customer service experience and who is willing to undertake the relevant training courses in order to progress.
Responsibilities
- Accurate dispensing and labelling of prescription items with guidance and supervision from the Pharmacist.
- Assist with ordering and management of stock levels within the dispensary and the shop.
- Work under pressure and meet strict deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
- Demonstrate strong people skills and work as part of a well-established team to ensure customers receive a high standard of service.
