We are looking to recruit a 32-hour Trainee Pharmacy Assistant on a permanent contract to work at our 522-branch located at 6 St Asaph Avenue North, Kinmel Bay, Rhyl LL18 5EE.
Shift pattern:
- Monday 09:00-17:30 (30 minutes unpaid lunch break)
- Tuesday 09:00-17:30 (30 minutes unpaid lunch break)
- Thursday 09:00-17:30 (30 minutes unpaid lunch break)
- Friday 09:00-17:30 (30 minutes unpaid lunch break)
Working in this branch will give you excellent knowledge and skills, contributing to the successful completion of the recognised Counter Course and NVQ level 2 qualification in Dispensing. The position is ideally suited to someone with previous customer service experience and a willingness to undertake the training courses required to progress.
Key duties include:
- The accurate dispensing and labelling of prescription items under the guidance and supervision of the Pharmacist.
- Assisting with the ordering and management of stock levels within the dispensary and shop.
Attention to detail, the ability to work under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines, and a desire to learn and progress your career are essential. Great people skills are paramount; you will work as part of a well-established team and ensure customers receive a high standard of service.
