16‑hour Trainee Pharmacy Assistant on a permanent contract at our 550‑branch pharmacy located at 147‑149 Elliott Street, Tyldesley, Manchester, M29 8FL.

Shift Pattern

  • Monday 10:30‑14:30
  • Tuesday 10:30‑14:30
  • Friday 13:00‑17:00

In this role you will gain excellent knowledge and skills contributing to the recognised Counter Course and NVQ level 2 qualification in Dispensing. The position is ideally suited to someone with previous customer service experience who is willing to undertake the relevant training courses to progress.

Duties include:

  • The accurate dispensing and labeling of prescription items with guidance and supervision from the Pharmacist.
  • Assisting with ordering and managing stock levels within the dispensary and the shop.

Excellent attention to detail is required, along with the ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines. A desire to learn and progress your career in our business is also essential. Excellent people skills are essential, as you will work as part of a well‑established team and ensure customers receive a high standard of service.
