We are looking to recruit a 40 hour Qualified Pharmacy Assistant on a permanent contract to work at branch 809 located at St Annes Health Centre, Durham Avenue, Lytham St.
Annes, FY8 2EP.
- Shift pattern
- Monday 09:00 - 18:00 (1-hour unpaid lunch break)
- Tuesday 09:00 - 18:00 (1-hour unpaid lunch break)
- Wednesday 09:00 - 18:00 (1-hour unpaid lunch break)
- Thursday 09:00 - 18:00 (1-hour unpaid lunch break)
- Friday 09:00 - 18:00 (1-hour unpaid lunch break)
Responsibilities
- Assist the business in providing an efficient, knowledgeable and friendly service to customers.
- Support in dispensing and labeling prescription items.
- Receive prescriptions and hand out prescription items.
- Assist with ordering and managing stock levels within the dispensary.
Qualifications
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Pharmacy Services is essential.
- Skills in planning, attention to detail, and working under pressure are required.
- Excellent people skills; able to work as part of a well-established team and provide high standard of service.
