We are looking to recruit a 16-hour Trainee Pharmacy Assistant on a fixed term contract to work at our 317‑branch located at 6 Westbrook Centre, Westbrook, Warrington, WA5 8UG.
Shift Pattern
- Tuesday 14:00-18:00
- Thursday 14:00-18:00
- Friday 14:00-18:00
Responsibilities
- Duties will include the accurate dispensing and labelling of prescription items with guidance and supervision from the Pharmacist.
- The successful candidate will also be responsible for assisting with the ordering and management of stock levels within the dispensary and the shop.
- The utmost attention to detail is required in this role along with the ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines.
- You will also need a desire to learn and progress your career in our business.
- Great people skills are paramount to your role. You will be required to work as part of a well‑established team and ensure customers receive a high standard of service.
Qualifications & Experience
- This position is ideally suited to someone with previous customer service experience and who is willing to undertake the relevant training courses to progress.
- You will gain excellent knowledge and skills that will contribute to successfully gaining the recognised Counter Course and NVQ level 2 qualification in Dispensing.
