We are looking to recruit a 37.5-hour Qualified Checking Technician to work at our branch located at 392a Little Horton Lane, Bradford, BD5 0NX.
The proposed shift pattern is:
- Monday 09:00 - 17:30 (1 hour unpaid lunch break)
- Tuesday 09:00 - 17:30 (1 hour unpaid lunch break)
- Wednesday 09:00 - 17:30 (1 hour unpaid lunch break)
- Thursday 09:00 - 17:30 (1 hour unpaid lunch break)
- Friday 09:00 - 17:30 (1 hour unpaid lunch break)
As a Qualified Pharmacy Checking Technician you will lead the dispensing activities through dispensing and checking prescription items quickly and accurately. You will also be responsible for ensuring that our high standards of customer care and services are maintained throughout the branch. You must be confident in building customer relationships, establishing their needs, providing friendly advice and excellent product knowledge and services. You must also have the drive and enthusiasm to want to coach others in your branch to do the same.
The utmost attention to detail is required in this role along with the ability to work under pressure and to strict deadlines. You must have a passion for Pharmacy, in order to drive the business forward and have great people skills, as this is paramount to your role. Proof of your completion of the Accuracy Checking Course (ACT Qualification) and registration with the GPhC is essential.
