Location: 9 Trinity Mews, North Ormesby Health Village, Middlesbrough TS3 6AL.

Type: Permanent contract, 40-hour week.

Shift Pattern:

  • Monday 09:00‑18:00 (1‑hour unpaid lunch break)
  • Tuesday 09:00‑18:00 (1‑hour unpaid lunch break)
  • Wednesday 09:00‑18:00 (1‑hour unpaid lunch break)
  • Thursday 09:00‑18:00 (1‑hour unpaid lunch break)
  • Friday 09:00‑18:00 (1‑hour unpaid lunch break)

Responsibilities:

  • Lead dispensing activities and checking prescription items quickly and accurately.
  • Ensure high standards of customer care and services throughout the branch.
  • Build customer relationships, establish their needs, provide friendly advice, and ensure excellent product knowledge.
  • Co‑coach and support colleagues in maintaining the same high standards.
  • Maintain utmost attention to detail, work under pressure, and meet strict deadlines.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified Pharmacy Checker – completion of the Accuracy Checking Certificate required.
  • Passion for pharmacy and the desire to drive the business forward.
  • Excellent people skills and confidence in building customer relationships.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to coach others in the branch.
