Responsibilities:
- Lead dispensing activities and checking prescription items quickly and accurately.
- Ensure high standards of customer care and services throughout the branch.
- Build customer relationships, establish their needs, provide friendly advice, and ensure excellent product knowledge.
- Co‑coach and support colleagues in maintaining the same high standards.
- Maintain utmost attention to detail, work under pressure, and meet strict deadlines.
Qualifications:
- Qualified Pharmacy Checker – completion of the Accuracy Checking Certificate required.
- Passion for pharmacy and the desire to drive the business forward.
- Excellent people skills and confidence in building customer relationships.
