Medihealth Northern Ltd is a specialist wholesale company supplying independent retail pharmacies. We operate a national service from our head office site in Bolton. Local deliveries are made twice a day to our clients Monday to Friday.
Work Pattern & Location:
- 37.5-hour a week
- 9-month temporary contract to cover an existing member of the team's period of leave.
- Working Monday to Friday 9:30 am to 6.00 pm, with a daily 60-minute unpaid lunch.
- This role is based at Head Office, Lynstock Way, Lostock, Bolton, BL6 4SA.
Brief Role Description:
You will manage all aspects of Medihealth's retail sales, including producing monthly reports with the aim of effectively & efficiently ensuring Medihealth's retail trading accounts remain current. Sales experience in this environment is desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Making daily calls to your specified area of retail customers; this involves maintaining a high level of customer service, managing customer expectations & encouraging sales growth.
- Use your sales skills to upsell where possible.
- Ensure your daily, weekly and monthly targets are reached.
- Produce month end reports on your area's sales activity.
- Keep current records of all your allocated customers.
- Maintain a good level of market information to carry out your primary function of increasing sales.
- Confident attitude to promote Medihealth products/services to retail customers.
- Share information with the wider team to facilitate sales/maximise profits.
- Capture new business.
- Produce profitability reports.
- Take part in quarterly account rotation to help build relationships within the whole portfolio of accounts.
- Carry out sales, customer service and administrative related tasks to support the successful running of the business.
- Twice yearly work at weekends to attend trade shows.
