- Shift Pattern
- Monday 06:00-15:00 (30 minutes unpaid break)
- Tuesday 06:00-15:00 (30 minutes unpaid break)
- Wednesday 06:00-15:00 (30 minutes unpaid break)
- Thursday 06:00-15:00 (30 minutes unpaid break)
- Friday 06:00-15:00 (30 minutes unpaid break)
Responsibilities
- Lead dispensing activities through dispensing and checking prescription items quickly and accurately.
- Ensure high standards of customer care and services throughout the department.
- Coaching and supporting colleagues in the department.
- Build customer relationships, understand needs, provide friendly advice, and share product knowledge and services.
- Maintain attention to detail and work under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
- Liaise with customers over the telephone and branch personnel as needed.
Qualifications
- Evidence of completion of the Accuracy Checking Course (ACT Qualification) and registration with the GPh C.
- Passion for pharmacy and excellent people skills.
- Ability to work standing and move at a fast pace around the department.
- Strong communication skills and ability to build professional relationships.
