The proposed shift pattern is:
- Monday 09:00 - 18:00 (1-hour unpaid lunch break)
- Tuesday 09:00 - 18:00 (1-hour unpaid lunch break)
- Wednesday 09:00 - 18:00 (1-hour unpaid lunch break)
