The proposed shift pattern is as follows:
- Monday 09:00-17:30 (30 mins unpaid lunch break)
- Tuesday 09:00-17:30 (30 mins unpaid lunch break)
- Wednesday 09:00-17:30 (30 mins unpaid lunch break)
