Large Project TSM's required to work for leading fit-out contractor on a range of £50m projects in The City and West End. The experienced candidate will come from a mechanical or electrical background having worked for sub contractors before moving up to working for a main contractor.
The role will require looking after both M&E and taking on board a number of the packages for the project. This might include a number of floors of the fit-out, the toilet core, specialist areas for example the gyms/restaurants/auditorium etc.
All usual duties apply including looking after the subcontractors on a day to day basis, chairing site meetings and ensuring all work is carried out to high standards.
