Experienced Project Manager required to run a large new build Energy Center project in Manchester. The project value is £40m. They require a number one PM to oversee the build and fit-out of the project, with a full technical team and quantities surveyor (QS) to work alongside.
The structural steel is going to house the GSHP (Ground Source Heat Pump) to feed the campus.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the number one on site and lead project delivery from constructability through to handover.
- Oversee the build and fit-out, working with a full technical team and QS.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure time, budget and quality targets are met.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental requirements on site.
Qualifications:
- Experience as Project Manager on large build projects (values of £20m+).
- Experience running on-site as the number one PM.
- Experience delivering energy or utility-scale projects is advantageous.
