Experienced Construction Manager required to work on large fit-out projects in Central London.

The company has 2 roles, 1 for a Senior CM to run the fitout of a large £20m Hotel Project, and a Senior CM to manage a number of floors or packages on a £80m office fitout in the City.

The experienced candidate must have worked from start to finish on a large project managing a large package or a number of floors, carrying out all usual duties and reporting to the on-site PM.

All duties include looking after the subcontractors, chairing the meetings, reporting to the PM, overseeing all H&S, and working to tight deadlines.

The candidate must have a SMSTS, first aid, and CSCS card.
