Experienced project QS required to work for a leading fit‑out contractor on large fit‑out projects valued from £5–£20m in the City and West End of London. The experienced candidate will be based on site and will report into the Senior QS with all day‑to‑day tasks.
This project is a mix of CAT A and CAT B, with some refurb and retrofit projects as well. All day‑to‑day duties apply including looking after subcontract packages/payments, variations, reporting all the way through to final account.
The experienced QS will be working on medium to large sized projects and be self‑motivated, taking the workload off the Senior QS on a day‑to‑day basis.
