Cognizant is seeking a Workday People Experience (PEX) Principal Consultant to lead the design, configuration, and delivery of Workday PEX solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, shaping engaging employee experiences across the lifecycle and driving user adoption and self-service. You will mentor teams, lead medium to large PEX workstreams, and support pre-sales activities while collaborating with HCM, Talent, Learning, and Integrations to ensure cohesive experiences.
