We are seeking a highly skilled Cyber Assurance Lead with in-depth knowledge of the water domain and expertise in water network management. We are looking for a highly experienced Cyber Security Project Manager to lead and deliver enterprise-scale cyber security programs within the Utilities/Water sector. The role involves managing complex, high-impact security initiatives while ensuring alignment with organizational cyber frameworks, regulatory standards, and business objectives.
Role Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end delivery of cyber security projects
- Manage project lifecycle including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Define and maintain governance artifacts such as project plans, RAID logs, budgets, and status reports
- Drive cloud migration initiatives (e.g., Cisco ISE to Microsoft Entra ID/Azure)
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISO 27001, NCSC CAF
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies
- Coordinate with architecture, security operations, and assurance teams
- Lead stakeholder forums and steering committees
- Oversee vendor delivery and SLA adherence
- Support portfolio-level reporting and planning
- Experience managing enterprise-level cyber security projects
- Strong knowledge of network security (firewalls, segmentation, zero-trust)
- Experience in firewall optimization and IAM/NAC migrations
- Experience with log management / SIEM-related projects
- Proficiency in project management methodologies (PRINCE2, PMP, Agile)
- Strong governance and stakeholder management skills
- Familiarity with MS Project, Jira, Azure DevOps
- Experience in utilities or critical infrastructure
- Knowledge of Microsoft security stack (Defender, Sentinel, Entra ID)
- Understanding of SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar)
- Awareness of regulatory frameworks (NIS, NCSC CAF)
- Exposure to IT/OT environments
