We are seeking a highly skilled Test Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Web App Test Metrics and Reporting, SNOW, Testing Tools and Frameworks, Manual E2E BPA, Rally, HP ALM, Jira, and Basic Programming. Experience in the Cards and Payments domain is a plus. This is a hybrid work model with day shifts and no travel required.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Solution architects, Delivery Manager, Business, Application Team(s), Product Owner(s) and Test Environment to understand the user journey from an enterprise view.
- Develop test approach document and testing resource requirements across impacted application(s).
- Create test data strategy and identify process/ways to ring-fence test data by actively working with application/environment team(s).
- Proactively conduct workshops to identify the dependencies/risks/issues in delivering end-to-end testing process and mitigate.
- Responsible for producing the testing checklist (Entry and Exit criteria).
- Responsible for producing test execution plan in alignment with end-to-end delivery schedule.
- Own the delivery of journey-based testing and ensure execution of relevant test cases/scripts, including Systems Integration and Regression Testing.
- Responsible for driving the defect triage and communicate the execution progress to stakeholders.
- Responsible for producing Quality Metrics.
- Drive Test artefacts walkthrough (ensuring to produce Requirement Traceability Matrix) with stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities to adopt innovative testing technologies and techniques.
- Provide recommendations to best practices and improvements across the program.
- Responsible for driving improvements in code quality via manual and automated testing.
- Drive development of automation and testing in a CD/CI environment.
Qualifications
- Must have strong experience in Web App testing and Test Metrics and Reporting.
- Must be proficient in using SNOW for test management.
- Must have hands-on experience with various Testing Tools and Frameworks.
- Must be skilled in Manual E2E BPA testing.
- Must be familiar with Rally, HP ALM, and Jira for test management.
- Must have basic programming skills for developing automated test scripts.
- Nice to have experience in the Cards and Payments domain.
- Must have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Must be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Must be detail-oriented and have strong analytical skills.
- Must be able to mentor and guide junior team members.
- Must be committed to continuous improvement and innovation in testing processes.
