Technical Delivery Manager- RPA

We’re looking for a Technical Delivery Manager with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) experience to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

· Oversee all aspects of automation project delivery from initiation through to completion

· Manage project teams, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure that objectives are achieved

· Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively

· Ensure that all project deliverables adhere to the highest quality standards

· Conduct thorough risk assessments and implement appropriate mitigation strategies

· Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain effective communication throughout the project\’s duration

· Identify opportunities for process improvement and facilitate necessary changes

· Provide comprehensive reports on project status, risks, and issues to senior management

· Stay informed of emerging trends and technologies in the field of automation

Essential skills

· Demonstrated experience as an Automation Delivery Manager or in a similar project management role

· In-depth knowledge of automation technologies and processes, including Robotic Process Automation (RPA) e.g. Microsoft, Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere

· Proven track record of managing large-scale projects and leading teams effectively

· Proficiency in Agile methodologies to ensure efficient project management and delivery

· Project Management certification (e.g., PMP) is advantageous

· Proficient in overseeing all stages of automation delivery using robust project management skills

· Exceptional communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, stakeholders, and clients

· Ability to anticipate and resolve issues within the automation process

· Comprehensive understanding of business and operational processes to identify automation opportunities

· Strong leadership and team management skills to mentor and guide a team of automation specialists

· Strategic planning and analytical skills to assess the success of automation projects
