The role of a Technical Analyst involves strategic design, aligning business requirements with system and technical requirements. Experience as an RPA developer with UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Microsoft is considered an advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Create knowledge articles for the team
  • Participate in client engagements and take ownership of domain solutioning
  • Engage with stakeholders for requirement elicitation workshops
  • Transform business pain points into requirements
  • Develop business requirements documents, including non-functional aspects
  • Produce process maps and perform gap analysis
  • Document BRDs, FSDs, NFRs, and RTMs
  • Self-motivated and proactive attitude
  • Understand and document technical business needs
  • Identify gaps, estimate requirements, and demonstrate use cases
  • Configure products per business requirements
  • Guide through training, testing, and issue resolution
  • Format raw data for RPA platforms
  • Resolve testing blockers with workarounds or fixes
  • Collaborate with vendors for issue support
  • Contribute to generic solution development for global use
  • Liaise with Product and Service Managers for requirements documentation
  • Bridge Business and technical teams to align developments with business needs
  • Work with Solution Architects on proposed solutions
  • Support Technical Delivery Team and UX in prototypes and change requests
  • Attend prioritization meetings to manage Epics & User Stories backlog
  • Lead joint sessions for user stories involving BA, Developers, and QA
  • Triage BAU incidents with security-cleared personnel

Skill Set Required:

  • Business Requirements Analysis
  • Expertise in Use Cases, User Stories, Product Backlogs, MOSCOW Prioritization, Process Mapping, Screen Mock-ups, and Sprint Planning
  • Proficiency in Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Business-driven with excellent communication skills
  • Familiar with RPA, JIRA, Confluence, and possesses strong process mapping skills with a solid understanding of BPM

Job Requirements:

  • Extensive experience as a Technical Business Analyst
  • Strong public sector knowledge
  • Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal communication, and consulting skills
  • Proficient in RPA tools (Microsoft Power Platform, Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere)
  • Methodical with clear documentation abilities

Nice to Have:

  • Knowledge of other RPA and OCR tools
  • Inquisitive mindset and understanding of business requirements
  • DBS and BPSS clearance (to be completed by account upon resource identification)
  • Experience working with multiple teams
