The Role

The Strategic Engagement Executive will lead and manage complex mega deals (50M+) within the Strategic Sales practice, ensuring effective positioning of Cognizant’s multi-tower solutions and delivering value to clients through deal structuring and execution.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage complex mega deals (50M+) from initial engagement to closure involving multiple solution towers.
  • Present compelling win themes and value propositions to favorably position Cognizant with strategic clients.
  • Drive deal structuring, including pricing models and solution architecture, aligned with client needs and Cognizant capabilities.
  • Manage multiple deal pursuits through effective scheduling and stakeholder coordination.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key client stakeholders throughout the deal lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver comprehensive solutions.
  • Document and share best practices and lessons learned from deal experiences.
  • Create and maintain deal governance frameworks for successful execution.
  • Innovate in deal structuring and solution development.
