Senior Engineer - Technology Management

Manage and maintain the Microsoft Intune environment. Configure and deploy Intune policies for device compliance, configuration, and application management. Oversee the enrollment, configuration, and management of mobile devices, laptops, and desktops. Windows Autopilot deployment and troubleshooting Ensure devices are compliant with security policies and standards. Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues. Provide technical support and training to end-users and IT staff. Maintain comprehensive documentation of Intune configurations, policies, and procedures. Generate and analyze reports on device compliance, security, and performance. Intune Engineer role, your soft skills, expertise and experience should include Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Azure AD, and related technologies. Should have experience in OS deployment (win 10 and 11) Experience with windows 10 to Windows 11 upgrades Experience with managing Group Policy ServiceNow ticketing tool experience needed.
