Our services include a spectrum of management, consulting, and systems integration services to help our clients maximize value in their infrastructure resources while optimizing infrastructure performance and cost.
Role requires 7 AM to 11 PM Monday to Friday shift working.
- Manage and maintain the Microsoft Intune environment.
- Configure and deploy Intune policies for device compliance, configuration, and application management.
- Oversee the enrollment, configuration, and management of mobile devices, laptops, and desktops.
- Windows Autopilot deployment and troubleshooting.
- Ensure devices are compliant with security policies and standards.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Provide technical support and training to end-users and IT staff.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of Intune configurations, policies, and procedures.
- Generate and analyze reports on device compliance, security, and performance.
Intune Engineer role, your soft skills, expertise and experience should include:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Azure AD, and related technologies.
- Experience in OS deployment (Windows 10 and 11).
- Experience with Windows 10 to Windows 11 upgrades.
