Essential Skills & Experience:
- Full project life cycle change or product management experience with demonstrable knowledge of different project delivery approaches (agile, waterfall).
- Previous experience of Project Manager/Consultant roles in Business & Technology and Digital Transformation projects involving any of the Hyperscalers with clients helping them to achieve their business technology strategic and operational goals.
- Strong experience in travel domain (preferably Aviation Airports/Airlines & Cruises) with good understanding of the industry and its challenges.
- Experience of using various tools to create the end-to-end plan with all the dependencies identified from initiation to delivery.
- Experience of writing business cases from a problem statement with the rationale and benefits identified.
- End to end financial management experience of the project spend and forecast spend.
- Governance and Reporting Experience to set up governance and reporting structure and run meetings effectively along with/without PMO function.
- RAID management: Identify and track risk and issues regularly and escalate when required for speedy resolution.
- Experience of managing and working with cross-functional and distributed teams in large scale project delivery with internal and external resources in multiple geographies.
- Success in working with Product Managers/owners, UX copywriters, and engineering teams to create next generation digital customer experiences. Additional experience in change management, product launch, and customer success welcome.
- Experience and knowledge of working as scrum master is desirable but not essential.
