Key Responsibilities
- Change Governance
- Own and enforce the Change Management process in line with ITIL or organizational standards
- Chair or coordinate release meetings
- Assess change requests for risk, impact, and business readiness
- Ensure proper documentation, approvals, and audit trails for all changes
- Define and monitor change policies, standards, and KPIs (e.g., change success rate, failed changes, emergency changes)
- Drive compliance with regulatory and internal governance requirements
- Release Management
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate releases across multiple applications and environments
- Manage release calendars, ensuring alignment with business priorities
- Oversee end-to-end release lifecycle (build, test, deploy, and post-release review)
- Ensure proper version control, release documentation, and rollback strategies
- Coordinate with Dev, QA, Ops, and business stakeholders for smooth deployments
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with changes and releases
- Ensure adherence to audit, security, and compliance standards
