We are currently hiring a Senior Business Analyst to join one of our largest clients but more importantly join our Cognizant Pega practice. If you have experience working as a BA on a Pega project or a keen interest in learning Pega - we would love to hear from you.
What can I expect in this role:
- Work closely with business stakeholders and end-users to understand and document business challenges, pain points and requirements.
- Maintain requirement backlog and keep it prioritised by working closely with business stakeholders.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Elicit and clearly document business and systems requirements in tools like JIRA, Pega Agile Studio in use-case or user story format.
- Identify improvement opportunities (proactive and reactive).
- Identify innovative ways to address business challenges and identify solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
- Act as a liaison between business and IT to assist or gather business requirements needed for system modifications, enhancement and implementations.
- Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements, provide necessary guidance to testers during QA process.
What do I need to be successful?
- Proven experience working on large scale projects as a Business Analyst.
- Knowledge of Pega is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of Business Process Modelling (Microsoft Visio is a plus).
- Knowledge of JIRA, writing user stories, use-cases.
- Effective communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience of working in Agile projects.
