We are currently hiring a Senior Business Analyst to join one of our largest clients but more importantly join our Cognizant Pega practice. If you have experience working as a BA on a Pega project or a keen interest in learning Pega, we would love to hear from you.

What can I expect in this role:

  • Work closely with business stakeholders and end-users to understand and document business challenges, pain points and requirements.
  • Maintain requirement backlog and keep it prioritised by working closely with business stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Elicit and clearly document business and systems requirements in tools like JIRA, Pega Agile Studio in use-case or user story format.
  • Identify improvement opportunities (proactive and reactive).
  • Identify innovative ways to address business challenges and identify solutions to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a liaison between business and IT to assist or gather business requirements needed for system modifications, enhancements and implementations.
  • Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements, provide necessary guidance to testers during QA process.

What do I need to be successful?

  • Proven experience working on large scale projects as a Business Analyst.
  • Knowledge of Pega is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of Business Process Modelling (Microsoft Visio is a plus).
  • Knowledge of JIRA, writing user stories, use-cases.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Experience of working in Agile projects.
