About the Role
Join our dynamic UKI SAP SuccessFactors team as a SuccessFactors Payroll SME. You’ll play a pivotal role in supporting clients’ HR transformation journeys, advising on and implementing leading practices in SAP SuccessFactors—EC‑Payroll. You’ll lead client conversations, deliver technical solutions, and help shape the future of payroll processes for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide application support and consultancy for SAP SuccessFactors EC‑Payroll.
- Manage and resolve support tickets related to payroll issues.
- Perform system configuration and maintenance for payroll modules.
- Ensure legal compliance with UK payroll regulations and year‑end processing.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to define and implement solutions.
- Facilitate workshops and discussions to understand client challenges and propose solutions using SuccessFactors.
- Document functional and technical specifications, requirements, and delivery plans.
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team capability building.
- Prepare test and training collateral to support module delivery.
- Engage in continuous improvement and optimisation of payroll processes.
Required Skills & Experience
- Strong functional knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors EC‑Payroll (UK).
- Experience with payroll schemas and PCRs.
- Familiarity with UK payroll legislation and year‑end processing.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex payroll issues.
- Excellent communication, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience working in an onsite‑offshore model.
