A Senior Business Analyst role with at least 10-12 years of experience to lead and engage with our leading Retail Consumer Goods clients to identify and support requirement gathering and validation that are driving business values and guide through successful business initiatives and implementations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and drive Business Analysis across workstreams to support the execution of retail and consumer goods initiatives for our customers.
- Improve processes across the business by identifying and implementing logistical practices.
- Engage with business stakeholders and conduct workshops for requirement elicitation.
- Map business processes and user journeys, developing business domain models and associated documentation:
- Business process modelling
- Process flow modelling
- Data flow modelling
- Stakeholder analysis
Required Skills
- Domain expertise in Retail or Consumer Goods Industry across products such as Manhattan, SAP, e-commerce implementations with Salesforce.
- Experience in leading and managing workshops, senior stakeholder meetings, and building relationships between external partners and internal stakeholders to deliver project objectives.
- Ability to manage 10 or more people as part of a cross-functional team comprising business analysts, developers, testers, and other support functions.
- Ability to manage timely and successful delivery of the project, working with cross-functional teams to manage risks and measure and report on progress.
- Proven experience of leading projects across digital transformations and initiatives.
- Experience in data analysis and modelling to add fact-based decision making to drive business decisions would be an added value.
- Proven track record of problem-solving skills.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and ways of working.
