About the role
Cognizant's Service Now Business Group (SNBG) runs a global, $1B+ portfolio built on one of Service Now's deepest partner relationships.
We're standing up a dedicated GTM function to sharpen how we go to market across industries, regions, partners, and the AI portfolio (Neuro AI, agentic AI, AI Control Tower, and the joint AI roadmap with Service Now).
You'll own the Service Now alliance across the UK and Ireland, one of the most important regions in the portfolio.
This is a field-facing role focused on co-sell, regional GTM execution, and keeping the Cognizant-Service Now relationship strong on the ground.
- What you'll own
- Own the Service Now alliance relationship across UKI.
- Build and run the regional co-sell motion with Service Now's UKI field, from account planning to active deal support.
- Drive UKI pipeline and bookings against shared targets.
- Land SNBG industry and AI plays for UKI buyers and priority sectors.
- Manage the regional partner ecosystem, including Armis, Veza, and Moveworks workstreams.
- Run regional enablement, events, and joint demand activity with marketing support.
- Feed UKI insight back into the central GTM team to keep plays and assets sharp.
- What success looks like in the first year
- A strong, jointly owned UKI pipeline with Service Now.
- Co-sell running actively with the UKI Service Now field.
- SNBG plays adapted and live across priority UKI sectors.
What we're looking for
- Alliance, partner, or regional sales background in enterprise software or consulting.
