We are looking for a Service Line Specialist - ServiceNow to join the Cognizant CIS Practice!

Our Service Line Specialist ServiceNow is responsible for generating leads, engaging with potential clients, and supporting ServiceNow license sales activities, working closely with the senior sales team to drive business growth, focusing on ServiceNow solutions and their value to customers.

Your Key Result Areas

  • Develop strong understanding of ServiceNow's platform, modules, and solutions.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities through various channels, including prospecting, networking, and attending industry events.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop effective sales strategies, manage the pursuit process and act as a key advisor to the pursuit team throughout the sales process.
  • Connecting relevant SMEs to pursuits and engage them in deal shaping and bid responses.
  • Assist senior sales executives with sales activities, including preparing presentations, conducting demos, and managing the sales cycle.
  • Create, drive, and deliver sales forecasts to meet or exceed budgets in a transparent, predictable manner.
